Wind, Calm & Settle combines chamomile, lemon balm, dill oil, and mandarin oil. Chamomile and lemon balm are the two herbs doing most of the settling work here. Both are commonly used for digestive upsets that come with fussiness, cramping, or trouble winding down.
Dill oil is a familiar ingredient in traditional products for wind and colic, and mandarin helps give the formula a softer taste and a more calming feel. That makes the product useful when the tummy and mood side of discomfort show up together.
If you are choosing it for a child, the practical benefit is that the formula is aimed at a cluster of common problems rather than one symptom only. It is there for wind, bloating, mild cramping, and that unsettled feeling that often comes with them.
