Nature's Sunshine Echinacea/Goldenseal provides support for the immune system. It combines two species of Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurae and Echinacea angustifolia) that support normal functions of clearing toxins and maintaining wellness.
Goldenseal root contains the powerful alkaloids berberine and hydrastine provide soothing support for tissue and the immune system by promoting the healthy mucous.
