Each 5ml dose contains:
Withania withania somnifera extract equivalent to dry root - 395mg
Echinacea echinacea purpurea extract equivalent to dry root - 462mg
Astragalus astragalus membranaceus extract equivalent to dry root - 915mg
Siberian Ginseng eleutherococcus senticosus extract equivalent to dry root - 967.5mg
Reishi ganoderma lucidum extract equivalent to dry mushroom - 408mg

In a base of NZ Ma�nuka honey, organic rice malt, natural sweeteners, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Each 5ml dose contains approximately 1.75gm of natural plant sugars (equivalent to the natural sugars in 1/8 of a small apple)

Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years)
Shake well before use.

Stay well: To boost and build immunity, take 5mls two to three times daily OR take a single dose of 10-15ml once per day if preferred. Take long-term for best results.

Get well: To support recovery from illness and low energy levels, take 5mls three to four times daily. If acutely unwell, take Harker Herbals Vira Guard.
