MagicT Persian Dreams Tea Blend combines Persian Echium with Valerian root to provide an incredible aromatic pink tisane to calm your mind and body.

Relax with Persian Echium which comes directly from the Alborz mountains in Iran, blended with Valerian root.

Blend of Persian Echium and Valerian root 

• How much? Begin with a teaspoon (or a three-finger pinch) and adjust to your preference. Remember, you can always add more tea for a stronger brew.
• How hot? 90-95 Degrees Celsius. That's a boiled water that just stopped bubbling.
• How long? 5-8 minutes. Over brewing can lead to bitterness.
• Second Brew? This tea can be brewed a second (or even third) time, simply add more hot water.
