Matakana Superfoods Organic Chaga Mushroom is an adaptogen which is known to support healthy digestion, blood sugar levels and immune system health.

It is wild harvested from the vast Siberian and sub-arctic forests where this species of mushroom produces high-quality phytonutrients.

Dual extraction, cold water propriety technology is used to ensure bioavailability of key compounds from the fruiting body. A ratio of around 12 kg of dried mushroom is used to produce 1 kg of bioactive Chaga powder.

Compared with other general extraction technology, the use of low temperature wall breaking + fractional precipitation technology retains nutrients and various biological activities in the beta-glucan component of this mushroom.
