Teresa The product arrived promptly. It is not unpleasant to chew, but you miss the mint flavor of ordinary gum. You do have to be careful to remove it if you are drinking cold water as it will crumble with the cold but otherwise works well.

You need at least a few pieces to get a really chewable experience - neutral flavour and no sweeteners is a big bonus. Sometimes need to pick pieces stuck in teeth, but am not deterred by that.

sama it arrived super fast which was great but the taste is so yuck i threw up and it also got stuck to my teeth really badly that even brushing my teeth and scraping it with my finger nail still didn’t get it out and found it did not help or really stomach at all, would not recommend or buy again
