Each Cleanstart pack contains 2 packets.

Cleanstart Drink Mix packet. Each serve contains dietary fibre 5 grams. And a proprietary blend 6.8 grams Psyllium hulls, natural apple-cinnamon flavour, potassium citrate, malic acid, aloe vera whole leaf, silicon dioxide, stevia leaf extract, sodium copper chlorophyllin, bentonite.

LBS II Amount per 2 Capsules. Proprietary blend 850mg. Cascara sagrada, buckthorn bark, licorice root, Capsulesicum fruit, ginger root, couch grass herb, oregon grape root, red clover flowers, turkey rhubarb root. Other ingredients: Gelatin and water.

Enviro-Detox Amount per Capsule. Proprietary blend 486mg. Burdock root, dandelion root, fenugreek seed, ginger rhizome, pepsin (contains lactose from milk), red clover flowers, yellow dock root, marshmallow root extract, sarsaparilla root extract, Bacillus coagulans, echinacea purpurea root extract, milk thistle seed extract. Other ingredients: Gelatin and water.

Take the contents of one cleanse drink mix packet 15-30 minutes before breakfast and 15-30 minutes before dinner. Mix cleanse drink packet in a large glass of water or juice. Shake, blend, or stir vigorously. Drink immediately. It is recommended that an additional glass of water be consumed immediately after drink. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Cleansing Capsules: Take contents of capsule packet with breakfast and dinner (twice daily). We suggest starting with just 1 packet of Cleansing Capsules a day to start with. Take this for 2-3 days in a row, before increasing to the 1 packet twice a day.
Balanced nutrition and regular exercise will maximise the benefits achieved from use of this product.
