Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) ext. equiv. to dry seed - 9gm

   (standardised to total flavonoids including 105 mg silymarin)

Selenomethionine - 183mcg

   (equiv. to 75 mcg Selenium)

d-alpha tocopherol acetate - 15.1mg

   (equiv. to 22.5 IU Vitamin E)

Retinyl acetate - 1330mcg

   (equiv. to 3866 IU Vitamin A)

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) - 180mg

Zinc citrate - 23.33mg

   (equiv. 7.5 mg Zinc)

Also contains: Rice hulls, rice extract blend and microcrystalline cellulose

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily

Children 12 to 17 years: take 1 capsule daily

Do not use if taking retinoid medications. Take with caution alongside vitamin A supplements. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
