Ingredients

Purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), soft gel capsule (gelatin, water, glycine, natural lemon oil), natural lemon oil, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Per 2 capsules:

Total Omega 3s - 690mg

   EPA - 330mg

   DHA - 220mg

Other Omega 3s - 140mg

Oleic acid (omega-9) - 116mg

Vitamin E - 30IU

May have been manufactured on the same processing line as products containing soy derivatives. No gluten, milk derivatives or artificial colours or flavours.

Dosage

Adults: Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
