Each Efamol Active Memory capsule provides 250mg of Omega 3 DHA, the level shown to support optimal brain function; Vitamins B12 and folic acid to support nervous system function and balanced homocysteine metabolism. Healthy homocysteine levels are necessary for healthy brain function, especially as we age; Ginkgo Biloba which has been traditionally used to support healthy circulation and mental focus, and Phosphatidylserine that is an essential component of cell membranes of nerves and brain tissue.

High Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil (Antioxidant: Tocopherol Rich Extract), Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatin, Humectants (Glycerol, Sorbitol), Colours (Iron Oxides)), Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Soya Phosphatidylserine, Vitamin E (d-alphatocopherol), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Folic Acid.
Adults: One or two capsules per day with food or drink.
Efamol advises that if taking this product for the first time, double the dosage for an initial 12 weeks. The higher initial daily intake is recommended to help optimise the body’s store of important nutrients.
