One suppository in the morning and one in the evening. Unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider. 

Separate one suppository from the strip. To remove the wrapper - separate the two flaps on the flat side of the wrapper. You may moisten the suppository with a small amount of water to ease its insertion. Lie down on your side and push the suppository deep into the anus with your finger. Wahs your hands thoroughly. 

Note: If the suppository is too soft, you may chill it in the refrigerator or cool it by pouring cold water on it before removing the wrapper.
