SaltStick

SaltStick was born in 2006 when professional triathlete and PhD chemist Jonathan Toker set out to solve a problem he knew all too well – replacing electrolytes lost through sweat without relying on bulky sports drinks or messy powders. Using his scientific background, he developed a formula based on the natural balance of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium lost during exercise.

Today, SaltStick offers a range of electrolyte capsules, chewable tablets and gummies designed to support hydration, muscle function and endurance. With science-backed formulas, quality ingredients and no artificial colours or sweeteners, SaltStick keeps things simple, convenient, effective electrolyte support for athletes, active lifestyles and anyone who works up a sweat.
