Solgar Calcium Magnesium Plus Boron has been formulated to support skeletal health and promote bone density. Due to the challenge of obtaining enough calcium and magnesium through diet alone, supplementation may be necessary.

To ensure adequate intake, experts recommend incorporating dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese, and butter into our diet. When this is not possible, a calcium supplement may be recommended.

Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate) - 333.3mg

Magnesium (as oxide, gluconate, citrate) - 133.3mg

Boron (as boric acid) - 1mg

Non-active ingredients: Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, citric acid. Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil). Cellulose Gum. Anti-caking Agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid. 

Take three tablets daily, after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
