Arnica helps reduce inflammation and therefore soothes the pain. It aids wound healing by improving the blood flow to the area, and helps soothe the nerve endings. Arnica also has counter-irritant properties, (isomeric alcohols) which help increase local circulation. It has been used for the temporary relief of a deep-seated painful irritation. Helps stimulate peripheral blood supply, thereby promoting speedy repair of bruises, sprains and swellings.

Ingredients: Arnica Montana 1:5 10%. Natural cream base: Water, capric/caprylic triglyceride, grapeseed oil, glycerol monostearate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, glycerine, sclerotium gum, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate.

Rub gently into the affected areas 3 times a day but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.

For best results use both the Arnica oral and cream forms together.
