Childs Sleep Support Sweet Cherry Concentrate is made from 100% sweet cherry concentrate. Cherries naturally contain compounds such as phytomelatonin, tryptophan and polyphenols, which is why cherry products are often used in evening routines and sleep support formulas.

Because this product is just cherry concentrate, the appeal is its simplicity. You are getting the fruit concentrate itself rather than added herbs or amino acids. Research on cherry products has looked at sleep quality and melatonin-related effects, so Childs Sleep Support Sweet Cherry Concentrate can suit you if you want a fruit-based option with a very short ingredient list.

What does Childs Sleep Support Sweet Cherry Concentrate contain?
It contains 100% sweet cherry concentrate, with naturally occurring phytomelatonin, tryptophan and procyanidins from the fruit.

Why are cherry concentrates used for sleep support?
Cherry products are often used because cherries naturally contain melatonin-related compounds and polyphenols. That makes them a popular food-based option for bedtime routines.

Does Childs Sleep Support Sweet Cherry Concentrate include added sleep ingredients?
No. The sleep-related compounds come from the sweet cherry concentrate itself, not from added magnesium, herbs or amino acids.
