Nutralife Vitamin C 500mg is a great-tasting, natural orange-flavoured chewable tablet that provides 500mg of Vitamin C to help maintain a healthy immune system. The Vitamin C is buffered, which means that it is less acidic and kinder on the stomach.

Immune support is especially important during winter, stressful periods, or any other times when the immune system is under pressure. More than just an immunity nutrient, Vitamin C provides powerful antioxidant support that helps to shield cells against free radical damage. It also plays a role in forming collagen, which means it helps to maintain healthy skin, gums and capillaries.

More Information

Vitamin C 500mg supplies 500mg of vitamin C from both ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate in a chewable tablet. Vitamin C is commonly used for immune support, collagen formation and antioxidant protection, so it is one of the most familiar everyday supplements for skin, gums and general wellness.

The useful detail here is the chewable format. It can be easier than swallowing capsules, and the split forms of vitamin C can make the tablet a bit gentler than using only ascorbic acid. If you want a simple daily vitamin C that can be chewed or sucked, Vitamin C 500mg keeps things straightforward.
