Go Zinc Complex
Go Healthy Go Zinc Complex is a complete all in one, 1 a day formula. Go zinc complex contains three forms of Zinc to maximise the absorption and bioavailability. Key nutrients have been included to further enhance Zinc absorption, including 300mg of vitamin C, 25mcg of selenium, 6 mg of manganese and 20mg of vitamin B6. Adequate Zinc levels are essential to good health. Zinc is a trace element that plays a major role in supporting the health of the immune and reproductive systems while also maintaining healthy hair, skin and nails.
Zinc - provided in three forms to increase absorption. Zinc is a key ingredient for prostate health. Zinc has been shown to help reduce the size of the prostate gland and help to relieve associated symptoms.
A Zinc deficiency may be a contributing factor in prostate enlargement and also can result in decreased sperm count.
The main focus of the use of Zinc is for proper immune function, wound healing, sensory functions, sexual function and skin health. Deficiency of Zinc can result in: an increased susceptibility to infections, hair loss, diarrhoea, delayed sexual maturation, impotence, eye and skin conditions, loss of appetite, weight loss, delayed wound healing, taste changes, and mental lethargy.
Vitamin C - is a powerful antioxidant that supports the health of the immune system. Vitamin C may help to prevent, reduce the severity and duration of respiratory tract infections. Vitamin C may also alleviate male infertility (by improving sperm motility and quality).
Selenium - possesses antioxidant properties. Selenium may help to prevent an enlarged prostate. Selenium concentrates in the testes and Selenium deficiency may result in atrophy (shrinkage) of the testes. Fatigue can occur as a result of Selenium deficiency and supplemental Selenium may alleviate some cases of fatigue. Depression, aggressiveness, anxiety and confusion can occur as a result of a Selenium deficiency.
Manganese - high Zinc intake may inhibit the absorption of Manganese, therefore we have included Manganese in this formula. The primary role of Manganese is as a co-enzyme in a variety of metabolic processes. It helps the body produce energy from foods, and it is also involved in thyroid function and bone formation. In addition,
Manganese is involved in immune system function, and it can help to heal muscular strains and sprains. Manganese also supports mineral transport and absorption, which keeps skin, bones and cartilage healthy. Manganese supports the enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), a powerful antioxidant enzyme that functions to prevent inflammation and other damage from free radicals that result from oxidative stress in the body.
Vitamin B6 - an essential co-factor for the production of energy. Vitamin B6 may alleviate muscle pain, anxiety, depression and irritability. In addition Vitamin B6 improves memory and quality of sleep. Deficiency of Vitamin B6 can result in: depression, convulsions, cracking of the lips and tongue, dandruff and muscle weakness.
Consider taking Go Zinc Complex if you suffer from any of the following: Poor wound healing, susceptible to colds and flu, low immunity, prostate health, zinc deficiency, loss of taste and smell, poor hair skin or nails. The main focus of the use of Zinc is for proper immune function, wound healing, sensory functions, sexual function and skin health. Deficiency of Zinc can result in: an increased susceptibility to infections, hair loss, diarrhoea, delayed sexual maturation, impotence, eye and skin conditions.
