Nature's Sunshine ALJ liquid (Allergy- Lungs) is a respiratory formula designed to help support healthy lung function and soothe the respiratory tract, including the sinuses especially through seasonal changes. ALJ contains herbs to help cleanse allergens and other toxins, supports circulation and lymphatic function. Furthermore, ALJ supports digestion. ALJ Liquid is in an alcohol-free, vegetable glycerine base and is perfect to use for children.

Adults: Take approximately 20 to 30 drops (1-2 ml) in water every 2 to 4 hours. Children: Take approximately 10 to 20 drops (0.5 to 1 ml) in water every 2 to 4 hours.
