Children's Organic Throat Syrup

Kiwiherb Children's Organic Throat Syrup with Thyme & Manuka Honey. This natural formula has been specifically designed for infants and children from 0 to 12 years of age to help soothe dry tickly throats and support recovery. This formula may assist in the management of upper respiratory tract infections, and reduce the severity and duration of colds. Great tasting and naturally sweetened with manuka honey and thyme honey, with the addition of natural orange flavour and lemon oil.

Each 1ml contains certified organic herbal extracts of

Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) dry herb extract 80 microlitres (derived from 40mg of dry herb)

Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) dry root extract 50 microlitres (derived from 25mg dry root)

Honey (Manuka and Thyme) 150mg

In a base of purified water, glycerol, lemon oil, orange flavour and citric acid.

Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives. 

Infants under 1 yr: 4 - 20 drops (0.2 - 1ml)
Children 1 to 2yr: 1 - 2ml
Children 3 to 5yr: 2 - 4ml
Children 6 to 12yr: 5 -1 0ml

Take 3-5 times daily. Dilute in 300ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (eg chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reactions. A tingling or numbing sensation may occur in the mouth immediately after taking - this is normal and indicative of the quality & potency of Echinacea. Do not take if allergic to honey.
