Description

Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). It contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), the most active omega-6 fatty acid. GLA acts as a precursor to the prostaglandin, PGE1, which aids immune function, brain function and cardiovascular health.
Evening Primrose oil is also beneficial for healthy skin, hair and nails and shown to hormones, mood and PMS.
