Description

Nature's Sunshine Fenugreek has traditionally been used for nursing mothers to assist in breast milk production, due to its galactagogue and nutritive properties. Due to its expectorant properties and mucilage content. Fenugreek has also been used to support an irritated throat and coughs.

Dosage
Adults: Take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily

 

Ingredients
Each capsule contains Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed 529mg Free from: yeast, soy, added sugars, lactose, gluten, starch, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives

 

Precautions
Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage
