Amount per 2 Capsules: Guggul Lipid Extract 340mg, standardized to contain 25mg guggulsterones per 2 tablets. Other ingredients: Cellulose (plant fibre), Capsule (gelatin, water), magnesium sterate (vegetable), silicon dioxide (powdered silica). Product of the USA.
Take one or two Capsules with a meal three times a day. The two active steroidal constituents in guggul lipid are Z-guggulsterone and E-guggulsterone therefore a guggul lipid supplement should be standardized for guaranteed guggulsterone content. Recommended dosages very, with 25mg of guggulsterone taken 3 times daily, most commonly recommended.
