As with all our products, the Banana Peanut Bars are certified FODMAP Friendly and are suitable for those following the low FODMAP diet. They're made from 100% natural ingredients, they're vegan, gluten and free. The only difference with these ones is we used peanut protein instead of pea protein so they're extra peanutty and perfect if you have an extra sensitive tummy!
