Ingredients

Each 1.9 grams dose contains: Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 605mg, Equivalent Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg, Zinc amino acid chelate 100mg (Meta Zn) - Zinc diglycinate), Equivalent elemental Zinc 20mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 5mg, Betacarotene 2mg. Contains stevia. No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, eggs, nuts, yeast.

Dosage

Adults and teenagers over 14 years: Take half a metric teaspoon (1.9 grams) in 200ml of water, once daily, immediately after food.
Children 4 to 13 years: Take 1/4 metric teaspoon (0.95gram) in 100ml of water once daily, immediately after food.
Not suitable for those under 2 years of age.
For motor and attention skills in children: Take 1/4 metric teaspoon (0.95 gram) in 100ml of water twice daily, immediately after food. Close cap tightly after use.
Zinc can be nauseating, if taken on an empty stomach. To avoid this, ensure you have eaten a good amount before taking.
