Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root extract dry conc. (from 1.5g dry root) -100 mg

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract dry conc. (from 600 mg dry root) - 50 mg

Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) fruit extract dry conc. (from 250 mg dry fruit) - 50 mg

Shiitake (Lentinul edodes) fruiting body extract dry conc. (from 500 mg dry fruiting body) - 50 mg

Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) whole plant extract dry conc. (from 250mg dry whole plant) - 25 mg

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body extract dry conc. (from 500 mg dry fruiting body) - 14.3 mg

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - 125 mg

Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) - 7.5 mg

Selenium (from Selenomethionine) - 12.5 mcg

Adults take 1 – 2 capsules up to three times per day, with or without food.
