Description

Nature's Sunshine Psyllium Hulls helps to support regular bowel movements and supports the bowel tissue. Psyllium Hulls contain the highest level of soluble fibre of any natural grain, eight times as much as oat bran. 

Psyllium forms a mucilaginous gel when mixed with liquids; this gel adds bulk to food and waste traveling through the colon. 

Psyllium Hulls Combination contains psyllium hulls, hibiscus flower and licorice root in a powder form.

Ingredients

Per 2 teaspoons (7g)

Proprietary blend 7g

Psyllium Seed Hulls (Plantago ovata), Hibiscus Flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Dosage

Mix 2 teaspoons in a glass of water or juice daily

Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. May cause allergic reactions in persons sensitive to inhaled or digested psyllium. If not enough water is taken while using this combination, constipation may result.
