Other ingredients: Citric acid, malic acid, natural lemon-lime flavour (Lemon-Lime), natural berry flavour (Berry Blast), silica, steviol glycosides, monk fruit extract, turmeric powder (colour - Lemon-Lime), beetroot powder (Berry Blast).

As a dietary supplement, mix the contents of one stick packet with 400ml – 500ml (16 ounces) of water and mix thoroughly before drinking. Adjust the amount of water as needed to achieve desired flavour intensity. Take as needed to support hydration.
