Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil combines sunflower oil, jojoba oil and glycerin with betaine and a small amount of sea salt to help dry skin hold onto moisture without a heavy finish. Sunflower and jojoba are both used to soften rough skin and support the skin barrier, while glycerin and betaine draw water into the upper layers of the skin so it feels smoother and less tight.

The plant extracts in Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil, including calendula, chamomile, pansy and rosemary, are there to calm and condition the skin while adding the familiar Skin Food finish. Vitamin E helps protect the oils in the formula and adds extra antioxidant support. Jojoba and sunflower oil are widely used in skincare because they spread easily and help reduce moisture loss, which is why this kind of blend works well when you want soft, glowy skin without a rich cream texture.

What does Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil contain?
Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil contains sunflower oil, jojoba oil, glycerin, betaine and botanical extracts including calendula, chamomile, pansy and rosemary. Together they help moisturise dry skin, soften rough patches and leave a light sheen on the skin.

Why are glycerin and betaine included in Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil?
Glycerin and betaine are humectants, which means they help draw water into the skin. That matters because they give Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil some of the fresh, hydrated feel of a mist, while the oils help keep that moisture in.

Can Skin Food Ultra-Light Dry Oil help with dull, dry skin?
Yes. The oil blend helps smooth the surface of dry skin, and that often makes skin look less ashy and more radiant. It is a good fit when your skin needs nourishment but you do not want a thick body butter.
