Ziziphus jujuba (Chinese date) extract - 1000mg

Magnesium aspartate complex (equiv. to Magnesium - 100mg) - 500mg

Other ingredients: Silica and magnesium stearate

Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules 30 minutes before bed time.
Adolescents aged 15 years and over: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bed

Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, due to lack of safety data. Can be taken alongside ALL prescription drugs. As a general rule, always have a separation of time between taking a pharmaceutical drug and a natural product (ideally a minimum of 2 hours.
