They provide the body with energy by aiding in the conversion of carbohydrates to glucose, which the body burns to produce energy. The grouping of these compounds under the term B complex is based on their common source distribution, their close relationship in vegetable and animal tissues and their functional relationships. Eating processed foods create a deficiency. They are also vital in the metabolism of fats and protein. B complex vitamins are water soluble. This means that any excess amounts are excreted and not stored in the body. Therefore they must be continually replaced. However it is important that none of the B vitamins are taken on their own. Each Capsule contains: Vitamin B1 (thiamine HCI) 100mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 100mg, Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 100mg, Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 100mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI) 100mg, Choline bitartrate 50mg, Inositol 50mg, PABA 10mg, Folic Acid 300mcg, Biotin 100mcg and Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 50mcg. 100% Vegetarian. Cellulose Capsule, magnesium stearate, silica, No corn, egg, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, salicylates, salt, soy, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.

DOSAGE:

One Capsule daily or as professionally prescribed, with breakfast.
